Sharing routes and content

There are several ways to share both published and unpublished routes and other content with friends. You can share them via the app or via the platform.

Share published routes and content

If routes and other content are published, they are visible to all users on our entire platform. You have the possibility to share published content with others both in the app and on the website.

In the App:

For each route and collection, you will find the "share" function in the upper right corner. By clicking on it, you can share the route or collection via WhatsApp, Skype, email, or social media.

On the website:

If you want to share a route from the platform, you will find the "Share" function above the title. Clicking on it opens another window: Here you can select "Recommend by e-mail" or copy the link to send it directly to your friends. Select "Share on Facebook", "Share on Twitter" or " Share on Pinterest" to create a post on the desired social network. You can also generate a QR code that your friends can use to access the route directly from their screens.

Share unpublished routes and content

If you have created a route and want to send it to a friend but do not want to publish it, you can use the "Share with Friends" function. The function is available both in the app and on the website.

In the App:

For each route and collection, you will find the "Share" function in the upper right corner. By clicking on it you can send the route or collection directly to your friends via WhatsApp, Skype, or e-mail. The recipient of the link can view your unpublished route or collection, but cannot save, edit or otherwise interact with it.

On the website:

The "Share with friends" function is located above the route's title. By clicking on it, a link is created that you can send. The recipient of the link can view your unpublished route or collection, but cannot save, edit or otherwise interact with it. To share an unpublished collection, use the "Private Link". You can then find it under the collection's title.

Good to know

  • When sharing an unpublished collection, only published list items are displayed. If there are unpublished items in the collection, they are hidden.
  • Pictures and videos must also be published when sharing, otherwise they will not be displayed.
